Who we are

Stuart AtkinsStuart Atkins

Stuart (Director and Co – Founder) has been involved in the recruitment industry since 1998. Stuart began his recruitment career in a sales capacity with a large international recruiter focussing on the Light Industrial sector before becoming the State Sales Manager. In 2001 Stuart was appointed the State Sales Manager of South Australia before returning to Victoria as National Account Manager.

Stuart then took his extensive recruitment experience into the candidate sourcing sector as he took over the careers section of a leading metropolitan newspaper. After a number of years Stuart was appointed the General Manager of an online business owned by Telstra, which was designed to attract passive job seekers not found via traditional means.

The online environment is Stuart’s passion and he has also founded a successful retail website which has developed his understanding of online sales and marketing principles.

With Stuart’s experience in the recruitment and print / online candidate sourcing strategies, HRnet is well positioned to leverage this experience to help their clients.

Natalie KilburnNatalie Kilburn

Natalie Kilburn (Director and co – founder) commenced her Recruitment career in 1996 at a large international recruitment company. Focussing on the Light Industrial sector, she progressed from her role of Recruitment Consultant to Operations Manager. This experience provided a valuable understanding of the needs of small business when sourcing candidates and building solid processes. It also enabled her to focus on staff engagement and management.

Natalie has most recently been responsible for providing outsourced recruitment solutions to a number of corporate and SME customers. Prior to this she was responsible for hiring sales professionals for a large online resume database. This experience launched Natalie into the world of online recruitment where she was able to utilise various candidate-sourcing strategies that are not always used in traditional recruitment.

She is currently studying Psychology and has experience in managing not only recruitment and HR processes but also staff engagement and management. Her passion is people – providing guidance and assistance to help realise their goals within the work arena. Her aim is to be able to provide a positive and solid recruitment experience to customers whilst also empowering them with knowledge and experience that can aid them in the future. With her past and current experience, Natalie will be well positioned to control the operational aspect of the organisation.
